Our Product
Nutech components undergo extremely stringent surface treatment before being epoxy powder coated. All components are pretreated chemically to remove dirt, oil and other impurities to provide a keying surface for epoxy powder. Modified polyster epoxy powder is applied electrostatically, and polymerised at 180°c. Standard frame color is marine blue, beam is safety orange.
Heavy Duty
Application
The most economical and commonly used system. Suitable for most kind of palletized goods. Ideal for storage and order picking area. Pallets are put in and taken out by general fork truck, reach truck or counter balance type which maneuvers in the aisle between racks.
Advantages
- Every pallet can be located and moved individually without moving other pallets.
- The beams can be easily moved to new level to accommodate new load sizes.
- Economical in capital cost.
- Throughout and handling are relatively rapid.
- Compatible with most types of handling equipment, building structure and floor surface.
